A week or so later a one on one interview with Engineering Manager (Jack). Interview with Jack was informal, he walked me around the manufacturing floor and talked about the company, asked about experiences relevant to different products we saw. He did a great job outlining what was to be expected in the job. After second interview took a few weeks as they were looking at other candidates before I was hired.
