      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to try many jobs. You'll always be challenged with lofty goals there is no big downside to missing these goals but they'll be set anyway. Lots of overtime if you want it.

      Cons

      Upper management seems content to pump out product with no thought of quality. Supervisors and other managers seem to have their hands tied when it comes to making decisions, the response to any change is "I'll have to check with Bill", the CEO.
