I applied through other source. I interviewed at Total Seed Production
Interview
Very relaxed. 2 interviewers but make you feel very comfortable. Felt more like a conversation than an interview. As the other review stated, they joke and laugh, but in my experience it was not at my expense. In fact, the laughter makes you understand more about this company's work environment. They take the job seriously, but still want the atmosphere to be inviting and fun.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Total Seed Production (Tipton, IN) in Jun 2015
Interview
I felt that the President of the company was trying to discard all of my skills while laughing with the HR woman at the same time. They did not take the interview very seriously. I felt that it was a waste to travel to the interview. The HR representative was enthusiastic until I arrived for the interview and then changed to a stand offish personality and yet laughing with the rest of the panel.
