Step 1: Phone screen with recruiter.
Step 2: Onsite interview- 3 rounds.
before your first round, the receptionist gives you a piece of paper of what a sale looks like. you have to circle the mistakes on it and you'll go over your answers during round 2 when you do the excel exercise

At first it was the Phone interview for around 30 mins and then it was take home excel test and then on site interview. Better know excel more than basics.

First was a phone interview, then an excel test, and finally an in person 2 hour interview. First phase of the in person interview was by 2 people who asked normal interview questions. Second phase was a case study, third was a follow up with hr.
