Town and Country Event Rentals interview questions

There was two interviews. Both were forward and short. It lasted about 15 minutes each. I was taken to the showroom and were asked: 1. Tell me about yourself? 2. How do you organize yourself? 3. Have you gone above and beyond for customer? If so, please give an example.
