The interview process is the longest and most demanding I’ve ever experienced.
They assign a take-home exercise that feels designed to take inspiration from your work, followed by a technical presentation you prepare from scratch. You are essentially providing free labor.
After the onsite, they no longer respect the times they arranged to call you. Because they no longer need you, they become very casual about communication, disrupting your personal commitments without apology.
The people evaluating you include managers from social sciences hired just months ago and engineers fresh out of grad school. The technical depth of the evaluation felt uneven at best.
Be cautious. The time investment is significant and the process does not reflect the respect candidates deserve.
