No biggie, in the meantime, they had a Cultural Index Survey to take, to which, the link was sent that evening. Upon taking the test, a month and more passes, no word. Meanwhile, the job gets posted everywhere and I get tired of waiting and asked to be taken off the list and for my Cultural Index Survey results. Crickets. Industry vets, big caliber people tell me to avoid Toysmith, it's in turmoil and I can see why. I am a VP level, co-founder of a TOTY company and disappointed with my experience thus far.
