Toysmith interview questions

Must fill out an online questionnaire to submit with resume and cover letter. First round is Zoom Interview with Humane Resource Manager then second is Zoom Interview with AR Manager and Controller.

Submitted my resume and cover letter, and received a call from Jerry Kurzweil a week or so later. He and I had a great conversation, every sign was positive and ended with he and the CEO were heading to HK and it would be a couple weeks to get back. No biggie, in the meantime, they had a Cultural Index Survey to take, to which, the link was sent that evening. Upon taking the test, a month and more passes, no word. Meanwhile, the job gets posted everywhere and I get tired of waiting and asked to be taken off the list and for my Cultural Index Survey results. Crickets. Industry vets, big caliber people tell me to avoid Toysmith, it's in turmoil and I can see why. I am a VP level, co-founder of a TOTY company and disappointed with my experience thus far.
