A phone call after somebody had found my profile on a jobs site like Indeed or LinkedIn. It was about a job that was posted as being in Ft. Worth, but was actually in Georgetown. Company doesn't have an office in Ft. Worth. I suppose they had to post that the job as being located in a major urban center in order to get a decent response. They had later said that I could "work from home": so, why not state that in the job description in the first place? Place looks like an integrator that does mainly hands-on work and has more technologists and tradespeople working there than engineers. To their credit, that's not really a flaw. Their core competency just may not be what every job seeker is looking for. Some people don't like the idea of being a paper pusher, or sitting at a desk all day.
