I spent over eight hours of interviewing to be offered a position just to have it rescinded after I gave notice at my other job and the other interview options I let go to accept the offer from Trace. Additionally, I SPECIFICALLY explained I could only work remotely due to health issues which could have been provided by the doctor and was in Chicago Yet, throughout this ENTIRE process nothing was said this was going to be a problem. I spent TWO HOURS with the hiring manager alone! DO NOT trust this company as to what they say and I will be filing a complaint with the government as this is a government contractor and there is no reason why when they were ok initially having a hybrid role; especially for an older disabled candidate with thirty two years of experience. This company is a joke! The VP of HR is an absolute moron. The BS she fed me was unacceptable when I was their chosen candidate and an offer was made and was waiting for the letter to sign.
