literally was like working with my family members. everyone from coworkers to management folks took the time to know me and I felt part of something meaningful.

Cons

OCONUS work has its pros for sure, but cons include being disconnected from home and the comforts of the good ole USA

Relaxed management and not micro managers.

Cons

Never had a write up and had a happy customer. I notified the company about a pending investigation against them from mutinous employees and also a alcoholic employee showing up to work. Due to me calling the minority Mexican employee an "alcoholic sociopath" I was fired. So they keep the drug users, alcoholics, and psychologically unstable but fire the person attempting to help the company. Its ran by DEI hires and unstable management who pay very low
