I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TradeStation in Sep 2021
Interview
The first interview was easy - it was an overview of the role and my experience.
The second required preparation for a show and tell of work I've completed. This one was odd because the main interviewer (there were 2) was not on camera, they didn't ask a single question and they dropped off early with no notice.
The last interview was with 2 members of the team.
I didn't hear anything for about a week, at which point I followed up and was told I was a 'top candidate and they'd get back to me'. At this point its been a month and no word. Regardless of the outcome, ghosting after three encounters comes off as unprofessional.
Interview was fine. However, for my last round interview I met with the hiring manager she was late by about 10 mins so I was on the call with the recruiter while waiting, she never apologized and mentioned she had a conflict and ended our call 10 mins early as well.
