Trading 212 interview questions

Simple interview, no technical questions at all which was very odd. Person who I met with was mid senior, friendly enough. Was given huge promises on how the company worked, reality when I get in was quite different. I have also left a review on that.

The first stage was just screening questions around TypeScript and React. They mentioned they weren’t hiring for a specific role, but rather generally looking for candidates, so it already felt like it could become a time waste The rejection was explained by a “lack of knowledge,” even though, in my opinion, the answers covered the topics well enough.
