Phone interview was very relaxed and informational. They asked me what I did in my current job, why i was leaving, how I could benefit Transamerica, gave me 60 seconds to sell myself, discuss a time I failed a client, what were my 2 strengths and the skills I had.
It was a smooth process. The recruiter was constantly in touch with me and updated me on the process. For the in person interview it was about an hour long and there were two separate panel interviews.

It was fine. Just glad it’s over. Too busy downtown. Wouldn’t recommend for folks who don’t like a busy workplace. Too many stats to meet. No flexibility when fist starting
