The interview was split into two different sections, first of all you have a screening session interview, this for me was with the Head of HR adn we spoke about my passion for the role, my career and why I want to join TEG. Furthermore we discussed what the Graduate Role entails and if I was the correct fit. Following on from this I had an in-person interview in the Chippenham office, it was filled with questions based off the TEG's values and how adaptive I am in business scenarios. I was interviews by two managers of both Onboarding and Customer Support, it was professional and I was given all the opportunities to show how I will create value for the business.
