I was interviewed by the company's HR and promised that regardless of the decision, I would be informed of the outcome. However, I never got an email from them - not even rejection. Companies need to understand that by doing so, they keep the other person hanging which is very unfair. It does not take much time to send out a templated rejection email but the other person knows that they have been rejected and can look elsewhere.

Interview
Before my interview, I was excited to read that the recruiter valued company culture, as that's important to me. During our call, I asked her to share a time when she's implemented employee feedback into the work culture. She didn't have one. Her response was that she was let go during the pandemic and they hired her back later. After that question, she appeared to have a vendetta against me. She criticized my resume and appeared to lack patience speaking to me. It was the first time I did not send a thank you note after an interview.
