Applied through university recruiting. first round was a case and behavioral interview. second (and final) round were 2 case and behavioral interviews and a call with someone from senior leadership. Culture seemed great but I was ghosted after the final round so thought this was extremely unprofessional, especially since I had developed several connections there and it is a small firm.
