Trelevate interview questions

I applied for Trelevate and the next day someone reached out to schedule an interview. I thought it was a little strange how quickly they were to reach out. The first point of contact did not really have any answers about the company or the job role. But to be fair I think her job was just to get people on the interview. She told me it would be a group interview and that made me less excited for the role. The interview was more so a sales pitch. There was about 12-15 applicants that were on the zoom call. During the process there was very little back and forth interaction. It was just a sales pitch about the company, the product we are selling, and the numbers we are expected to produce. I was mentally checked out as soon as the interview started due to the sheer number of people on the meeting. The job looks like a churn and burn sales opportunity to me based on the amount of people they have to get on a call. The only question they asked is "how exited we are on a scale of 1 to 10" to get started. Im guessing anyone that gives an answer lower then an 8-10 does not get hired. I gave a lower answer since I was not excited and thankfully did not hear back.

Very thorough and explanatory. What was asked identified strengths that would be a good fit for the role. Very friendly and enthusiastic. I felt they explained the role well and what to expect. Great company!
