Phone Interview then Real Interview to follow up. Initial phone screen. Lady was quite distracted but nice. I recieved a call back for follow up interview a few days later. Standard screening questions I would expect to be asked. How would you do this. How did you implement that. How would you handle that. Do you have any questions for me? Research the company and be prepared to answer and ask questions is what I suggest.
