I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trialon (Rochester, NY) in Jul 2013
Interview
The process was fairly simple. I submitted my resume on trialon website. Then someone that works for trialon that is placed at delphi called me to set up an interview. Upon arriving, the trialon representative that was supposed to meet me was late. So I sat in the lobby looking at all the products delphi makes. Once she showed up 20 minutes late, she took me to a conference room where the managers were waiting impatiently. Interview with delphi managers was easy. Having the trialon representative texting during my interview was very unprofessional and annoying. She didnt pay any attention to what was going on, then asked me questions about what was said afterwards.

Question 1
There wasn't anything difficult about the interview. The delphi manager were really laid back.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Trialon (Champion, Trumbull, OH) in May 2016
Interview
Interview overall was very brief, they were looking for a warm body that they didn't need to keep constant watch over. I was given a simple diagram drawn on the back of my resume and asked to troubleshoot why the module was not getting power and where I would start. The only answer was to check the fuse as it was the only device. Asked to give ohm's law, and a tour.
