Had one hour interview when they already had a person for the position making you waste your time intentionally. You can feel it when the person doing the interview rushes making the questions just reading a list and not even explaining what the company offers. One day after the interview, the position was taken.

It begins with a recruiter calling you to interview, then you are interviewed by the hiring manager, finally you are interviewed by a board (Director of Operations, Human Resource, Director of Supply Chain, and possibly Maintenance Manager).
