I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trihydro (Laramie, WY) in Jan 2020
These people had me drive 140 miles and didn't call me for three weeks to inform me of job status. I don't know who these companies think they are. Totally inconsiderate. Of course I called HR and she said "It looks like we filled the position." Gee really ??? Thanks for not letting me know.

The following week I completed a short technical writing exercise and the next day received an offer.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Trihydro in Aug 2016
I was called about a week after I applied online. I was interviewed first over the phone with recruiters from their headquarters. The second interview was with three engineers in person at the office location. They were all very nice and the questions weren't too difficult. There was a writing portion of the interview process, but it was not that bad.
- They reference your resume and cover letter to certain questions.

Anonymous Employee in Concord, CA
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Trihydro (Concord, CA) in Jul 2015
The interview process consisted of an initial phone interview with HR. The phone conversation lasted about 2 hours and I was given another phone interview with an engineer that lasted about 1 hour. Then there was an in-person interview that consisted of two meetings, one with an engineer and a geologist, and one with two geologists. The meetings were fairly casual and low pressure, lots of questions but not too difficult to answer. Everyone was very friendly and kind. They explained all of the benefits of working with the company and gave me an overview of projects I could work on.
