    Great functional structure.

Some sense of the "good ole boys club."
Over-worked and highly competitive amongst peers.
WAY too much overhead red-tape/policies/health and safety requirements and not enough time alotted to comply with them
    Increasing buracracy

    Advice to Management

    I worked at Trihydro full-time

    Pros

None. I was underutilized the entire time I was there, and they promoted some good-ol-boy with no experience in the position he was promoted to to take over the department I was already bored working in.

    Cons

Planning for a conference in the same state I was working in that week, I coordinated carpooling with a group of coworkers. Despite the hard-line Trihydro safety culture, these coworkers decided one hour before our meet time that they were too busy to meet me half-way and carpool. "Call Uber and book some random driver to meet you in the middle of nowhere and drive you in!" Not safe at all for me as a female employee.
Managers also think it's acceptable to book employees on long-term out of state projects without consulting employees first.

I worked at Trihydro full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Annual bonuses are available, depending on your team or work unit. Annual raises are available too. Work can be interesting and allow career growth if you're hired to the right team.

    Cons

Bad management and a lack of billable work. Though there are currently 17 locations shown on their corporate location map, DO NOT ASSUME you may transfer anywhere else once you are hired. In particular, they are desperate to get and keep people in Laramie, WY. Also, many co-workers desired to have raises commensurate with advancement in their job. As one grows and takes on more responsibility, that should be rewarded. Cube farm...no quiet. Woe to those who have to think to do their job well.

    Advice to Management

Any advice to management I have to give would echo what I said in my exit interview (and would therefore not be anonymous). That said, people's lives change. Let them transfer offices. In this electronic world, just because I'm not sitting in my cube doesn't mean I'm not working. BE TRANSPARENT about things. Don't throw your team members under the bus to save your own skin. "Cowboy Ethics" only works if you live it, not just give lip service to it. Maintaining work-life balance is a struggle for the technicians and field staff. If you really MEAN that "our employees are our best resource" maybe you should work harder at keeping them. Listen to their issues, and address them in a win-win manner. Quit losing staff and institutional knowledge because you didn't treat people well.

I have been working at Trihydro full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great 401k program. Work life balance. Flexible work schedule. Gym membership. Overall satisfaction with the type of people that work at the corporation. Calm and professional work environment.

    Cons

Low overall pay. Some positions have little or no transferable skills. The hiring process took 3 months and I had to constantly call to determine my application status

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the "perks" and unnecessary overhead spending in order to raise overall pay.

I worked at Trihydro full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good work-life balance. Lots of safety training. Good benefits.

    Cons

Very long and drawn out interview process. Accolades are given to the favorites and the hardest working staff goes unnoticed. Very little chance for advancement. They take back all company funded retirement if you don't stay for 5 years. Very top heavy.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to the little guys.

    Pros

On the surface management is supportive, pay is good, career development is promoted, and job share encouraged as is family-work-life.

    Cons

It's an unethical organization that is top heavy with management. The upper management is fake and only protects those who as corrupt as they are. Not a good place to work.
