      Business Systems Analyst Interview

      Apr 1, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Trinetix

      Interview

The company made direct contact, and although the process was smooth and well-organized, some concerns emerged. Some topics felt unprofessional and even inappropriate for discussion in a workplace setting, and answers regarding internal processes and expectations lacked clarity. The scope of responsibilities beyond client calls was never clearly defined. There was also an implicit message that slow adaptation wouldn’t be tolerated, and the approach to team management felt more intuitive than deliberate — as if based on gut feeling rather than a well-structured method. These aspects raised concerns about cultural alignment and long-term fit.
