Some topics felt unprofessional and even inappropriate for discussion in a workplace setting, and answers regarding internal processes and expectations lacked clarity. The scope of responsibilities beyond client calls was never clearly defined. There was also an implicit message that slow adaptation wouldn’t be tolerated, and the approach to team management felt more intuitive than deliberate — as if based on gut feeling rather than a well-structured method. These aspects raised concerns about cultural alignment and long-term fit.

The interview process was very professional and well-structured. It started with a screening call with HR, followed by two interviews—one with a sales leader and another with a team lead. They asked relevant questions about my background, sales strategy, and past performance. Communication throughout the process was timely and respectful. Overall, it felt like they valued both skills and culture fit.
