I interviewed as an intern and they were very kind. One interviewer and they asked standard questions. I was hired days later. I went from an intern into MHP into QMHP when I got my license.
Supervisor was very kind and open about the position. The supervisor was open to any questions and wanted to make sure I understood the position and that there was minimal confusion on what all the job would entail.
