Trinity Solar Interview Questions

I was called on the phone first, and had a 15-20 minute conversation about the company and myself. After that was an in person interview which lasted for a little over an hour.

Very informative. Built great rapport. Highly energetic. The district manager took time to get to know me and then spoke about their experiences as well. I left with a great understanding of what the job entailed

Shoddy and fast and door to door bs. If you're a go getter go for it and brown nose as much as you can. Basically a pyramid scheme in a trench coat.

Straight forward, position was described to me in detail and at the end I was asked how confident I was that I would accept an offer. Minimal questions asked throughout the interview.

they ask you a couple of questions. If you a very confident that you will take the job they will most likely hire you. The interview process was smooth . They also ask why would you be a good fit

It was quick, easy, and friendly. The person I talked to was very helpful and explained all my questions that I had along with giving his own experience within sales and the company.
