I got contacted by an internal recruiter from trip.com and followed their process. First, I got their typical HR recruitment screening call, then an interview with the hiring manager, it was basically the typical skilled-based interview. I passed and I went to the next stage which was submitting a task that they give you. For that task you have to select a day and a time where you would be available to do for 2 hours. You are send the task via email, and then you have to work on that task and send it back to HR. I did the task in PowerPoint presentation and I had to follow-up because I was getting no emails or communication after that. Once I chase them, they just said that they gave the role to another candidate. No feedback, nothing and that was it.
