I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Triplebyte (San Francisco, CA) in May 2016
Interview
I came in for a 2.5 hour interview, which included a 5-minute coffee break.
It was intense. Ammon, who ran my interview, brought me through a practical coding challenge, an algorithms challenge, and a systems design question with breakneck pace.
The problems were interesting, the interviewers were friendly and genuinely cared about the problems, excitedly jumping in to explain things I missed; overall, I had a good time.
I hadn't realized that I had passed until they emailed me afterwards. Doing so saved me several hours of phone screens at other companies. My only regret is that I should have gone through their interviews sooner in my interview process; Triplebyte would have saved me even more time.
