TruBe interview questions

I had an interview (on Zoom) with the founder Daria. The first interview was very casual and short then she gave me a specific assignment to make a marketing strategy on how to reach their target customers and how to recruit more trainers on the platform. On the day when I was supposed to present the strategy and recommendations, she confirmed the meeting and asked for the presentation in advance then didn't show up for the call and never replied back after this. I could be wrong, but it looked like they are just trying to get out some ideas and feedback for free instead of actually looking to hire someone, so I'd be alert if they ask you to prepare anything for the second (or any stage) of the interview. If they were actually looking for someone, it was still very unprofessional and disrespectful to confirm a meeting just before it and then completely ghost the candidate.
