I applied online. I interviewed at TruStory (Remote, OR) in Mar 2019
Interview
It started with online application.Thereafter I got call for face to face online interview. It was a long interview. Than after this they again asked for panel discussion and questions.
During Panel discussion and interview four people and two senior people were present. The whole team was very supportive and encouraging.

Question 1
They asked why I waa interested to apply here only? What made me to decide this?
They say they are in the business of "validating claims". Probably a very bad idea to start such a business when they can't validate their own claim of "we will call you at X pm on Y day for an interview." They failed to call first time for an interview. I ended up sending an email to them, to which I received a reply to reschedule it 30 minutes later.
Even worse when they repeat the exact same mistake of completely ditching 2nd time and where they failed to validate their own claim "sorry we had some work to do, so we'll now call you 30 minutes later than our scheduled time." Ditching second time, and failing to validate their own claim is extremely unprofessional. The whole interview process, or whatever ditching I got to be part of, was extremely unprofessional, poorly planned, and completely uncaring of candidate's time.
Avoid this company and the recruiters associated. Applying online asks countless questions, which don't matter, because a recruiter doesn't ask any of them, and good luck if their so-called claim of calling you for an interview is fruitful, because they ditched twice for a scheduled interview. (Failed to validate their own claims).
