Truckoman interview questions

Interview via Skype then they flew me out to Oman for interviews with CEO, GM x 2 and COO. I had agreed terms including salary and expected rotation at 6 weeks on 3 weeks off before going to Oman. Instantly there were red flags as the company was obviously disorganised and ran on spreadsheets with non existent procedures or process. All managers introduced had no experience working for a professional 3 PL (other than the COO). They made me 2 offers but it was less money than previously agreed and worst of all a change to 6 weeks on 2 weeks off rota which was completely unacceptable and very unprofessional as all other UK expats were 6 on 3 off. The reviews are true folks - avoid like the plague unless you are desperate

Made to wait for lengthy periods for no reason. No technical questions were asked. Management seemed set in their ways and not willing to improve current systems. Advised I would be a "tick in the box". Was told by the CEO that "HSE is just common sense".
