      Branch Manager Interview

      Mar 26, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Chicago, IL
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at TrueBlue (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2014

      Interview

I had 6 interviews prior to being hired as a Branch Manager. 3 with peers and 3 with upper and senior management. Ultimately the Market and RVP make the final decision. They really stress sales exp. because typically they are interviewing for broken branches who's PNL's are in the hole. You won't make any bonus/commission your first year typically.
