I had completed several algorithmic and technical skill tests (coding and MCQ) on their website and fill out the details about my previous working experience. After a brief time (2-4 weeks) I was invited to take a two-stage interview with a matching client. The first part was a simple introduction talking from both of us and the second was a pair-programming task with one of their developers.
