An outsource HR guy typed a message via Linkedin.It seems they use an outsource for HR . He firstly add me as a friend , and sent me the job offer. He also want me to share CV .

Question 1
They asked my past experiences and english level , also my salary expectation. This was the phase 1. I am waiting for the next
