Really lovely people who interviewed me and they made me feel very relaxed. I enjoyed the interview process, sadly did not get the job as they wanted someone more senior.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Turner and Townsend (New York, NY) in Mar 2026
Interview
-The interview scheduling process felt disorganized and lacked coordination. Interview notices were sometimes given with less than 24 hours’ notice, and there were instances where scheduled calls did not occur as planned.
-Interview times with management were rescheduled multiple times, and an additional round was introduced later in the process, suggesting internal misalignment.
-Communication during the offer stage could also be improved. There was an indication of positive news regarding an offer, but no follow-up was provided despite outreach.

Interview
Very straightforward and well-organised. The process consisted of two interviews in total. The first was an initial screening, followed by a second interview with the line manager. The full process took approximately two weeks from first interview to outcome.
