I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Turtlemint in Sep 2025
Interview
HR contacted for the process and the start was seamless. The director of product took the interview and did not set any context and clarify more about the role, no introductions. Overall a really poor way to conduct interviews and not let the interviewee even ask questions to get clarity.

Question 1
Only explain complex problems you worked on around conversion, infra & growth levers. Nothing around onboarding, retention etc.
straight forward process.
Quick pre-screen call, then an in-person interview, where in period of 2-3 hours necessary interviews will meet you and make a decisions. it took around a week's time to hear from them and overall smoother process from the point you are selected

Question 1
Resume-based questions mostly asked about all aspects of HR I worked on in my previous experiences
Slow interview process. Overall smooth process, however, takes a long time- HR doesn't communicate well. There are 4-5 rounds, mostly around past experience and problem solving. Last round is taken by the co-founder which is a mix of introduction, relevant experience and a product improvement question.
