Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. A few exchanged emails initally for a date and location to meet. Was around 15-20 minutes, laid back but still really informative conversation about the internship description and the work culture as well, if you aren't already exposed to the industry before. Also the interviewer were nice and easy to talk to as well. The questions weren't anything out of ordinary or hard to answer. Such as previous work experience, what your career path/goals are, availability and team work.

Question 1
How do you feel about working in a small team setting?
Very easy interview. Relaxed environment. Wore a blazer and pants -- felt overdressed. Was seated inside the main office on the couch. Asked very basic questions about previous jobs, latest trend, experience with writing, etc. What you would expect from a magazine interview. Interviewer was very friendly.
