I applied online and received a phone interview a few weeks later. The first interview was a pretty standard interview with mostly background questions. I was given one hour to answer the 7 questions put to me. Also, you are allowed, if there is time, to go back to a question and add to your answer.

Pretty standard interview. Asked to go to main office. Interviewer asked typical behavioral question and also about my college experience and previous internships. Nothing technical and fairly standard. I applied online and a few weeks later I received a phone call from TxDOT and they asked me to schedule an interview at the HQ.
