Interview
Got an email to interview at the company with one individual. Ended up being a group panel. Asked me basic questions about my experience with electronics and gave some information about the exact job.
The difficult part arose when they pulled out the standards in which TUV tests and quizzed me on the interpretation of the text.
There was no follow up after this interview and I did not hear back from them even after I sent follow up emails. I received a call 6 weeks later when I had all but forgotten about the job, but accepted the offer as it was a much more manageable commute.
So far have not regretted my decision.

A first round interview through a phone call with the HR rep to screen myself and what I put in my resume. This was followed up with an interview with the lab supervisor.
