Primo colloquio con responsabile HR telefonico, seguito da colloquio online con la diretta responsabile lavorativa. Entrambi sostenuti con professionalità e attenzione alle caratteristiche del candidato. In particolare la responsabile ha dato con sincerità priorità alle attitudini del candidato così da inserirlo efficacemente all'interno di un team ben amalgamato

Interview
I interviewed for Project Manager role. The interview went really well. After following up, the recruiter replied that they have hired someone internally. I dont understand the fact that why they are wasting time of other candidates when they want to hire someone internally.
