I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at U.S. Concealed Carry Association
Interview
They rely almost completely on a culture index survey before even interviewing candidates. The validity of such assessments is quite debatable, and often used because of poor interviewing skills in determining the right candidates. Determining a candidate match by having someone self analyze by choosing from dozens of random and sometimes indefinable words is specious. One of the words for example is "conservative". Does this mean politically, communicative, frugal, etc.? Culture is hugely important in an organization, but an assessment such as this should be a consideration along with interviewing and background.

Question 1
