I had the interview through Skype, and overall questions were not that difficult. Interviewers were very nice. No pressure at all. They were more likely to test your English skill and basic knowledge about the position you apply.
I applied FNSIP through mail. After almost a month, I got call from embassy for scheduling the interview. Interview was on zoom, and took about 15 minutes. Atmosphere was very welcoming.

I applied online after seeing an announcement on the website. Heard back after a week or so and scheduled for a phone interview. The interview was pretty straightforward. The person asked about my background, interests, reasons for applying, a couple behavioral questions, and some hypothetical questions. After I got the position, I had to go through security clearance and send paper documents to the Embassy.
