The interview was conducted through a video call. The interviewer was the HR Manager who knew the needs of the hiring manager very well. She explained to me what the company does and job responsibilities of the position. We then discussed my work experience and skills.

Teaching focused university. Many online courses. They focus on your ability to teach online courses. No teaching demo. Only the research presentation. The faculty meeting was all together. Please write at least 30 words on Hiring and Interview process.
