After first contact there was a phone interview with my current manager, during which he was friendly and told me how he appreciated an easter egg I slipped into my resume. The next step was a fairly basic coding challenge where I was given a number of challenges to complete by the end of the day, none of which were considerably difficult. A couple of days later I was invited to interview on the campus, in person with my current manager, and received a tour of the facilities. Finally I got the offer from UL a couple of days later and had to go through a background check (which the HR recruiter actually submitted late, which delayed my start date) before starting shortly after.
Honestly one of the best interview processes I have ever had, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
