I had an initial phone screen with recruiter in late February. I was invited to move forward in the interview process and had several rounds of interviews. First round interview included the Talent Acquisition Director, and Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner. Second round was with the HRBP Director. Third round included the broader HRBP team. Fourth round I met with SVPs for the teams the role would be supporting. Final round was a meeting with the CHRO. I was then invited onsite for breakfast with the team and received an offer shortly thereafter. Given the level and visibility of the role, the interview process included multiple layers. With each meeting I had a greater sense that the team and organization was a good fit for me.
