There was no communication until I actually had a phone interview which translated into a 1:1 onsite interview which went very well! The onsite interview went very well and then again there was no communication for 3 months until I received a canned email stating I did not get the job,

There were no behavioral questions asked. There was a panel of interviewers and they all told me about the expectations and role of the job. Each interviewer asked me questions about my experience and they all expressed their excitement about having me join the team.
