My interview was a little different as according to the interview panel I was way too qualified for this job. But they wanted to know if I know the basics of development sector and basics of immunization or vaccine supply chain. If a candidate is from a health back ground or the relevant back ground then the interview will be very smooth. That is the case which is told by my colleagues. Over all it will not be a very tough,Corporate type interview (atleast for this position)
