The interview process was good, all explained beforehand on what to prepare, they even shared the links about what to expect on the interview. the whole interview took about 45 mins. with 4 panel interviewer and each asked about 2-3 questions, all question are behavioural questions.

The process is competency based requiring the candidate to share their real life experiences as it relates to the position they apply or responded to. They undertake technical test prior to the Interview. The questions are normally asked from the competencies advertised. Its a panel of 3 Interview.
