The recruitment process is very long. I received an invitation to the interview after 2 months of my initial application. Usually, there are written assignments but in my case, they skipped it. The interview was conducted by panel members and each of them asked competency-based questions.

Question 1
The first question was a motivational question and then they asked me 3 competency-based questions that starts from "Please tell me about time when you..."
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at UNDP (Copenhagen, Capital Region) in Mar 2024
Interview
The interview process was good, all explained beforehand on what to prepare, they even shared the links about what to expect on the interview. the whole interview took about 45 mins. with 4 panel interviewer and each asked about 2-3 questions, all question are behavioural questions.
