There was a phone screening with the HR recruiter. Next, I was invited to an in person interview with the option to have it via video-conference. I chose to head to Toronto, where the head office is located, as I really wanted the job and assumed in-person contact would be better. There were three interviewers, including manager, team lead, and HR recruiter.
